The Nazgul’s Ride
The Nazgul rides as a stalwart, viewing the thrashed landscape of his enemies.
He rides with a smirk on his lips.
Could he have defeated his enemies without battle, Could he have avoided the lashing; he prefers not.
The truth still prevails in the wise mind of Nazgul that avoidable actions were avoided not.
The lure to exhibit power had done it all.
The Nazgul still rides, but now back looped.
He carries the burden which when he was king never deemed fit.
The Nazgul rides and rides on.
